Our story
Environ Control Systems began in 2015 as a small HVAC contracting team working out of Masab Tank, Hyderabad. The founding idea was straightforward: most air-conditioning problems in Indian buildings are not equipment failures but design and commissioning failures — oversized plant, unbalanced air, controls nobody ever tuned. We chose to be the contractor that does the unglamorous engineering properly, and to stay accountable for the building after handover.
A decade later ECS is an ISO-certified HVAC, BMS and MEP contractor with more than 500 completed projects across hospitality, healthcare, IT, pharma, manufacturing, education, infrastructure and premium residential work. Clients include GRT Hotels, Virtusa, ITC Grand Kakatiya, Sheraton, The Park, Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Indian Space Research infrastructure projects. Our head office remains in Masab Tank, and our engineers work across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
How we work
1. Survey and load calculation
A free site visit anywhere in Hyderabad, followed by a room-by-room heat load calculation. No tonnage is quoted from a rule of thumb.
2. Design and transparent selection
Two or three manufacturer options compared on efficiency, spares availability and life-cycle cost, shared openly before any order is placed.
3. Execution with live-site discipline
Staged installation, night and weekend shifts on occupied buildings, safety documentation and clean handover of piping, ducting and electrical scope.
4. Commissioning and AMC
Air and water balancing, testing reports, BMS tuning, operator training, and an annual maintenance contract serviced by the same engineers who built the system.
Certifications and compliance
ECS operates an ISO-aligned quality management system covering design review, material approval, site safety and testing. Every project closes with commissioning records, air and water balancing reports, as-built drawings, warranty documentation and a preventive maintenance schedule — the paperwork hospital accreditation bodies, pharma auditors and hotel groups ask for, prepared as the work happens rather than reconstructed afterwards.
